Describe the client's situation before they came to you. What was going wrong? What was the business impact? Be specific — the more concrete the problem, the more credible the story.

Our Approach

Walk through what you did. This doesn't need to be a technical deep-dive (save that for Insights posts) — focus on the decisions made and why. What tradeoffs did you navigate? What made your approach different?

The Outcome

Share the results. Quantify wherever possible — time saved, cost reduced, revenue recovered, decisions made faster. If you can't share specific numbers, describe the qualitative change: "The team went from three days of reconciliation to a single source of truth."

One or two sentences on what this engagement reinforced or taught you. This is optional but makes the story feel real and honest.
